1-year limited warranty.

Every VitalTac VT-1 is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the date the carrier marks your order as delivered. This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect them.

1. Who provides this warranty

This warranty is provided by Apollo Global Enterprises LLC, with a principal address at 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. It applies to the original end-user purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What is covered

We cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential and personal use, including:

  • LED emitter and driver electronics
  • Tail switch and mode-control circuit
  • USB-C charging port and charging electronics
  • Aluminum housing and threaded interfaces
  • Lens, reflector, and bezel assembly
  • Included accessories: holster, pocket clip, lanyard, and USB-C cable

3. What is not covered

  • Normal wear: surface scratches, scuffs, anodizing fade, and consumable wear on O-rings
  • Accidental damage, including drops onto hard surfaces from above six feet
  • Damage from operation outside the published operating temperature range (-4 °F – 122 °F)
  • Damage from immersion beyond the IPX7 rating (1 m fresh water, 30 minutes), or from exposure to salt water or chemicals
  • Damage from using non-standard or counterfeit 21700 cells, or from cells damaged by mishandling
  • Damage from unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair
  • Loss of capacity in the original cell that falls within typical lithium-ion aging (lithium-ion cells gradually lose capacity over hundreds of cycles)
  • Units used in a commercial or professional setting (for example, security, search-and-rescue, or rental services)
  • Units purchased second-hand or from an unauthorized reseller

4. How to make a warranty claim

Email support@vitaltacofficial.com with:

  • Your order number or other proof of purchase
  • A short description of the issue
  • One or two photos, or a short video, if the issue is visible

We’ll respond within one business day. If the claim is approved, we’ll send a prepaid US shipping label and choose one of the following remedies, at our discretion:

  • Free repair of the unit
  • Replacement of the failed component (for example, the 21700 cell or the USB-C cable)
  • Full replacement of the unit with the same model

Repaired or replaced units carry the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

5. Registration is optional

You do not need to register your product. Your order receipt is your proof of purchase. If you no longer have your receipt, we can usually locate your order from your email address or shipping address.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apollo Global Enterprises LLC’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product as described above. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including damage to property, loss of use, or loss of time. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
